After almost three years, Lisa Gain returns to the show with new music!
She’s the namesake of the band Lisa Gain & the Rusty Silos, and has a couple of new members that are adding a new dimension and more depth to her music.
Lisa relates how the addition of Efrum Imler on bass guitar and Keith Colbert on lead guitar has energized not only her, but also her songwriting. Bryan Rupejko is still behind the kit and keeping the beat. Colbert’s guitar chops really shine, especially on the final song we play on the show this week.
We share a laugh at the fact that Lisa doesn’t know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission, despite the beautiful Karmen Ghia that adorns the band’s new album. We poke a little fun at the other band members for missing out on being on the podcast this week, too.
There are stories, laughter, music and so much more on the show!
