This week, after the citizens of Ohio voted overwhelmingly to enshrine abortion rights in the Ohio constitution and pass Issue 2 legalizing Cannabis use and possession by adults, we welcome Greg May to the show!
Greg is a cannabis law attorney for law firm Mac Murray & Shuster in Columbus, Ohio. He boils down what it all means for us; from what you need to purchase cannabis, possess it, grow it and so much more. He iterates that it’s still an uphill battle, as the conservative dominated state legislature still wants to thwart the will of you, the citizens. And yes, I call out the state’s republican legislators as full of shit and lies.
Of course, there is music that accompanies this journey into what you need to know about cannabis legalization in Ohio. Trust me, this is one show you don’t want to miss!
